I called the service department at 9:30 on a Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for my FX37 for 2:00 that afternoon for regular scheduled maintenance. I arrived at 1:45 and was greeted by Kevin, who got my car into service immediately. Infiniti of Tampa has an extremely nice and clean waiting area for service customers. I took advantage of their free snack bar. The young man running the snack bar was extremely polite and very helpful. He also indicated that he was part of program for helping Autistic adults. I am glad to see that this dealership is sincere about giving back to the community. Kevin came in twice to give me updates on the car and to see if I needed anything while I waited. When it came time to checkout, he had all of the paperwork completed and explained what they had done. He made a couple of recommendations for future repairs, but did not pressure me to get them done immediately. I signed the paperwork, paid and was out the door ver quickly. I would recommend Infiniti of Tampa to anyone who owns and Infiniti. i

I worked remotely with Rich Dubin who was recommended to me by a business associate. Rich was responsive, very thorough and accommodating in working with me to make sure that I selected the car that I was looking for and obtaining for me the best deal available without numerous back and forth time consuming communications. Once we agreed on terms for a new Q70, Rich met me at the airport, drove me to Infinity of Tampa and I was driving away in my new car within 90 minutes. This buying experience was the most professional and efficient that I have participated in and I would not hesitate to do the same again in purchasing my next Infinity. Thanks Rich!

I worked with Anton and Jeremie to locate a late model FX or QX70 with very specific options and color. Perhaps I got lucky but within a day they located a vehicle began the certification process. My wife and I were treated in a highly professional manor by what I concider to be a truly knowledgable team. I haven't taken possession yet as they are adding a few dealer options and detailing. If my experience moving forward with this dealership continues at this level of professionalism I will be very pleased.

I recently purchased a 2003 Porsche 911 from Aaron at Infiniti of Tampa and need to write this review. I experienced an extremely solid and painless used car buying experience with him and he deserves a shout out. I waited until I put over 1000 miles on the car to be sure of the quality prior to writing this. Not one issue thus far... Not one. Which is unusual for a used Porsche regardless of age or mileage. Now I've been burned in the past and have been extremely skeptical of car dealers overall. Let me assure you that that isn't necessary with Aaron. You can actually just relax and talk to him. Don't be afraid to ask questions. He is extremely accommodating and wants you to feel comfortable with the car first. I think I put far more pressure on him than he did me. I never thought I would be able to recommend anyone selling used or new cars. I am pleasantly surprised to say that Aaron at Infiniti of Tampa is a person I'd be ready to buy a car from again in a heartbeat. And certainly he did a great job with a car that is alien to most car dealers that don't specialize in them. If I was buying an Infiniti he would be my choice. (John in Finance was awesome as well...!!!) Thanks Aaron (And John)!

After telling numerous service members not to use chemicals in my car because I am chemically sensitive, they used two of the most dangerous consumer chemicals very lavishly and then didn't remove them. Then they refused to deal with the issue and blocked us from coming to the dealership. Our new Infiniti sits parked and we cannot drive it as we look for specialists to remove the chemical. Whether you're chemically sensitive or not, these chemicals are very dangerous and you should not leave this dealership alone with your car. Below is one small excerpt of the side effects of one of the dangerous chemicals that the dealership used, this is from the MSDS sheet of the chemical they admitted to using: WARNING! FLAMMABLE LIQUID AND VAPOR. MAY AFFECT THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM CAUSING DIZZINESS, HEADACHE OR NAUSEA. MAY CAUSE EYE IRRITATION. MAY CAUSE SKIN AND RESPIRATORY TRACT IRRITATION. PROLONGED OR REPEATED CONTACT MAY DRY SKIN AND CAUSE DERMATITIS AND BURNS.

Customer Alert: On Wednesday, August 20, 2014, the NAME, ADDRESS, and TELEPHONE NUMBER of a customer of Infiniti of Tampa was given to a TOTAL STRANGER and customer of the Infiniti Dealership in Orlando. I called the customer to warn her that I had been given her information. A complaint was filed with Infiniti corporate #15071423. On Thursday, September 4, 2014, a call was made by Destiny in Orlando Infiniti explaining that the problem was the software that the Infiniti Dealerships use. When tersely confronted about this in person on September 5, 2014, it was explained to the customer that because you could get this information from a simple GOOGLE search, it was OKAY for TOTAL STRANGERS to be given your NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, and ADDRESS by ANY Infiniti Dealership. If you are okay with your Infiniti Dealership giving out YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, and TELEPHONE NUMBER to TOTAL STRANGERS, by all means continue to do business with your Dealership. If it doesn't concern you that your NAME, ADDRESS, and TELEPHONE NUMBER of your family members be given to TOTAL STRANGERS, by all means continue to do business with your Dealership. You have been DULY WARNED.

I would not recommend my friends and family to this dealership. I guess since we were buying a used car and not an infiniti we were treated differently. We felt rushed and felt like they wanted us to leave. The main reason I will never return nor recommend you to anyone is because my husband asked if the weather strip could be snapped back in on my car and your service guys ripped it off. We didn't notice until after we left. We called the dealership and they kept saying they would call us back and let us know what could be done. 3 weeks later no call back. You simply do not care. Not to mention we were told we would get a whopping $35 worth of gas put in our car and when we went to leave the tank was on E. We drove all the way from Tallahassee to buy this car. Regardless of if we are spending $20,000 or $80,000 we should be treated the same.
